AA and AI require different matching
A strong general mathematics tutor is not automatically the right IB tutor. AA places greater weight on algebraic fluency and mathematical argument, while AI emphasizes modelling, interpretation and technology. HL also moves faster and demands more depth than SL.

Yes. Matching is course-specific, so tell us whether the student takes Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretation, plus HL or SL.
Can tutoring focus only on exam preparation?
Yes. Short-term work can focus on question selection, timing and recurring errors, although unresolved foundational gaps may require concept review first.
Will a tutor complete or edit my Mathematics IA?
