What we collect
When you request a tutor match, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, course and level, tutoring needs, and the page from which the request was sent.
How we use it
Hack Your Course receives the request so its team can assess availability, recommend a suitable tutor, answer your questions, and follow up about the requested service. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to marketing messages without separate consent.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery. They process information only as needed to operate those services. We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Students and sensitive information
A parent or guardian should submit enquiries for children under 13. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, government identification numbers, payment details, or other highly sensitive information in the form.
